日本四國單車行 2017-10-02

【活動日期，10/03 - 10/09】

2012年派駐廈門前，在網路上看到了Cog-way的每年自行車活動，一直嚮往要去參加。 
2016由廈門回來退休後，更加強了去參加的願望。
今年初，2017，看到了Cog-way創辦人Ms. Mio主辦的Shikoku Discovery活動。毫不猶豫地報名參加了。詳閱他們的部落格 http://cog-way.net  。

主辦單位有兩個行程：
一、3-9 Oct, for full course 七天
二、7-9 Oct for 3 days course 三天...全程350km，每日約50-100km，總爬升約4,000m。
我是參加第一行程，七天。

費用：
七天...139,000yen 日圓 (Full course)。
以上費用僅含。。。早中晚餐，點心，補給車、住宿。
不含機票，地面運輸，保險。租單車。

為了這個行程，準備騎自己的單車出國，在淘寶網買了一個硬殼的裝車箱，並特地去跟阿凱學習如何拆卸手把，腳踏板，後變速器，當然前輪、後輪也要拆下。
因為要事先拆組單車，所以我提前一天去四國高松市(10-02)；自己住新大阪(晚一天Shin Osaka)，晚一天回台(10-10)。

網球的正拍 2017-08-09

為何正拍無法穩定地抽球，請看Iva Westermann的說法 ：

My forehand was already his biggest shot, but like so many tennis players it was also a liability. I’d commonly hit two or three great shots in a row but then blow it with an unforced error.
Correction :
"Less linear. More circular."
 

福山部落 2017-08-05

車友阿杜突然邀約到台北騎車、烏來福山部落，想著也沒事，就答應了。

2017-08-04 攜車袋、高鐵-捷運-南勢角-中和旅社
2017-08-05 淡水捷運站，與阿杜同學，陳朝昭，會合。

淡水-烏來-烏來瀑布-北107鄉道-福山部落(約北107鄉道16.7km處) 單程32.7km，總爬升936m(我的RWGPS app). 所以來回72km， 總爬升1945m.(阿杜的app)

實值盛夏之際，十分炎熱。此線最高450m， 但上上下下，蠻多的小坡，來回 總爬升也達到了1945m，算應斗路線。
此線應屬秋冬路線。
 

網球 - 自拍 2017-07-31

打網球也將近30+年了，雖然期間因工作關係，斷斷續續，但也持續地運動。
想說，自己打了這麼多年，到底自己的網球form是甚麼樣子，也不清楚。。
找來了好友，光明先生，來幫我攝影，錄下了這幾段，給自己參考與改進。
